Personality.
allie is often immediately perceived as a reserved and demure girl by onlookers who don't know her well. she is anxious, shy and quite skittish when it comes to quite a few things. she is, however quite blunt in the way she speaks. she has a passive interest in multiple more studious fields, but feels as though she doesn't specialise too much in any of them. that being said, please ask her about aliens, robots, or art -- she is happy to oblige in conversations about them. she is, for the most part, quite the typical teenage girl otherwise.

background.
allie was born in terncliff, werlyt, some sixteen years ago to two parents and her older brother -- alfonse. she grew up under the province's imperial rule, but grew ill with a plague when she was still a young girl. after losing their parents, the siblings were approached by garlean legatus gaius van baelsar, who offered allie medicine and took the orphaned children under his wing. she lived a relatively normal childhood (minus the imperial indoctrination) and enlisted in garlemald's army under her father at fourteen. after her father's presumed death, allie and her siblings volunteered for the weapons project under the cruel leadership of valens van varro. she helmed the diamond weapon as a last stand against the people oppressing her homeland and barely survived.
allie is the only survivor of her siblings and now lives with her father in terncliff while helping to rebuild after the fall of the empire.

impressions.
visual. average height for an auri woman her age, if a little skinny. very pale, with her white hair almost matching her skin. as an au ra, she has scales, horns and a reptillian tail. the tail, however, is a stump akin to that of a gecko's. she is often seen using a crutch or a cane to alleviate her joint pain.
attire. she wears a loose spring shirt in a tan colour, held together with a brooch, and cropped trousers. her shoes are simple, brown flats. she wears bangles around one of her ankles. she is sometimes seen with a flower tucked into her hair.
demeanor. while quite outwardly shy and socially awkward, allie is more than happy to interact with people. she is quite easily excited by discussion of things she likes. often seen stimming with her anklet. always willing to lend an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on, sometimes to her detriment.
aural. soft-spoken but not particularly high-pitched. sometimes shaky or stuttery when anxious.
olfactory. she often smells of linen or flowers, but at the end of long days it is typically sweat.
